Love God and ready to love students where they are at? Young Life believes in a team model to develop relationships and share your faith in dynamic ways.

We are looking for someone who knows the Young Life model or is open to being trained to lead a team to serve at a local school.
Prayer support

In Young Life we believe that this ministry doesn't work unless God is involved, so each team strives to have a team of people committed to partnering in prayer. Our leaders work to inform the prayer team what is happening or about prayer requests and the team responds.
Community support

Our leader teams need advocates in the community. As challenges or needs arise they need to know there are people in the community who love the work they are doing and can be encouraged. This may mean hosting a meeting, cooking a meal, or a high five on a hard day.
You Were Made For This
Your story matters, and it can make a difference beyond what you imagine.
Volunteer your time to work directly with young people.
Support the staff and leaders as part of the local adult committee.
Give resources to start or sustain the financial foundation at the local or national level.
